- SOLUTION: How will the company's value proposition make things better for the customer? (Best total cost? Product leader? Complete customer solutions?) Examples of use cases or testimonials.
- WHY NOW? Provide market intelligence, data, trends that make your solution possible and a necessity.
- MARKET OPPORTUNITY: What is the ideal customer profile? Target markets? Growth opportunity? Calculate Total Available Market (top-down), Served Available Market (top-down), Share of Market (bottoms-up). Potential market threats?
- COMPETITION: List of competitors and list competitive differentiators.
- PRODUCT: Price, quality, availability, selection, functionality, service, architecture, intellectual property, product road-map and innovation process, brand/image.
